Personalised Beer/Wine Labels

GrogTag and CrushTag are cousin companies. Both specialising in custom beer/wine accessories, the two appreciate and embrace the roots and traditions of homebrewing as well as homemaking alcohol, however embody the energy of a modern day, innovative business. the two brands were our first American clients to whom we provided a full digital marketing and creative service package. As you could imagine, with an exciting new client from across the pond came new challenges and we were ready to support our American clients just like our parent company Infigo Software!


The initial brief consisted of a 2017 Black Friday and Christmas campaign for the client. With huge amounts of effort and a grenade of creativity, the Netkandi team managed to drive a total of roughly $18,000 in sales on Black Friday alone. This was a huge success for Netkandi as an agency and GrogTag/CrushTag from a business revenue point of view. One of the highlights of the entire project is the ‘Friday Sauce’ campaign we drove to promote the service offered by this brand-new client.


Managing this client consisted of an email campaign on a weekly basis as well as an intense social media campaign with as many as 10 posts per platform per week. We also constantly pushed a creative focus and created multiple visual based campaigns featuring cartoons with humour and dialogue between a set of bottles, coasters etc.

Jumping into the world of ‘Web to label’ and learning about the beverage/label industry were some of the main challenges with GrogTag/CrushTag. When generating the content for campaigns we were often targeting a completely new audience which meant we also had to develop an engaging tone for a new consumer which was most suitable for the demographics that GrogTag/CrushTag targeted, this was also something which we learnt from as a collective.

After jumping into the world of web to label, we were intrigued by the potential we discovered. With time we began using the labels printed by GrogTag/Crushtag for our own clients, using them as small incentives and milestone gifts where appropriate. The products are suitable for any occasion and are an ideal way for an agency to soften their communications on a business level!
